For hiring at scale, under your own name
Reserved capacity for large drives, a fully white-labelled candidate experience, agreed retention, and procurement that works the way your organisation buys software.
- Quoted, not listed
- PO invoicing
- Named support contact
What is included
The parts that only matter at scale
Everything in the self-serve plans, plus the requirements that show up when a security team and a procurement team are involved.
Granular access control
Eight roles across 22 permissions, per-member grants and revokes, and assessment-level scoping. Single sign-on is not available yet — if it is a hard requirement, say so before you buy.
Fully white-labelled candidates
Your logo, colours and support address across the candidate experience and every email it sends. Candidates never see our name.
Reserved capacity
For drives with thousands of simultaneous starts, capacity is confirmed in advance for a specific date and window rather than assumed on the day.
Multiple organisations
Separate business units, subsidiaries or campuses as distinct organisations with their own data, members and branding, switchable from one login.
Audit and retention
Exportable audit trail of privileged actions, and retention periods for candidate media agreed to match your own policy rather than ours.
Purchase-order invoicing
Annual contracts invoiced against a PO with your GSTIN and legal entity on every invoice, instead of a card charge.
A named contact
Someone who knows your account and your drive calendar, reachable before a season starts rather than after something goes wrong.
Security review support
We complete your questionnaire in specifics and answer follow-ups directly — including the questions where the honest answer is that we do not do that yet.
What we need from you
A useful quote takes four facts. Sending them up front saves a discovery call that neither of us needs.
- 1Candidates per year, and the largest number who would start within the same hour.
- 2Whether coding questions are in scope — code execution is the constrained resource.
- 3Any access-control requirement beyond roles and per-member permissions.
- 4Any retention or data-residency requirement your own policy imposes.
If a self-serve plan covers what you need, we will tell you that instead of quoting you for one you do not.
